Weekends are a time to let our schedules wander a little and take more minutes to enjoy the wonder of life. No daily school routine and hopefully a little more family time to share. Each Friday we will post a couple of family fun ideas that will go along with the week's theme.
The weather is beautiful and those predictors are saying we will have more. Why not go outside in the late evening, spread a blanket in a clear area so that you and yours can watch the stars come out. Nothing reminds us of how big creation is like a dark sky full of twinkling stars.
Take time to create this weekend...a fall wreath, a favorite desert, a painting, even bending pipe cleaners into shapes is fun.
Outdoor sights and sounds, colors, and fruit are all opportunities to talk about the wonder of creation and point to the Creator.
