It all started with a charm I have on a bracelet. Three little monkeys standing side by side...there to remind me that "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived the things God has prepared for those who love him".
I love this thought...that we cannot even imagine what God has planned for us. It reminds me of how big God really is. Piece by piece the theme for Children's Ministry this year came together and it will begin with Vacation Bible School this Sunday.
Remember how I challenged you to begin to make God's word priority in your lives...a sort of summer's resolution. Well VBS is a great way to have a grand time at doing just that.
Join us for Vacation Bible School this Sunday evening through Tuesday evening. We begin with a snack supper at 6:00... bible stories, crafts, and music will follow. Our special guest will be here too. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun.
Wednesday, July 3, we have Fireworks at First...a wonderful family time of eating and celebrating the 4th of July. Oh the fireworks are fun, so be here at 8:00 and bring your lawn chair.
